We offer a range of pathways and courses for students who are studying at Entry Level and Level 1 (these courses were part of our former Learning for Life and Work department).
Students take part in a consultation process to assess which course and pathway is the right one for them, plotting a progression route that will raise their aspirations, experience of learning and lead to a positive, purposeful outcome.
These courses are suitable for students who are preparing to embark on the Project Search programme and to enter the world of work. Students will already have a good foundation of learning and will continue to apply their academic study within a vocational context, building on their personal and social development and skills for independence.
Students are allocated a Personal Tutor to support them in their transition from school to college and will help them to set targets and provide motivation.
