Exam Certificates and Results

You can collect your results from the College from Monday to Friday between 9am – 12pm. Please bring some photo ID with you or your Gateway College ID card.

If you are not able to collect your results we will post them to you. For more information contact one of our Exams Team:

Appeals

Appeals procedure summer 2021

Please read the JCQ Appeals Guidance for Summer 2021.

If you wish to make an appeal, you will need to complete JCQ Appeal Form Stage One review. A stage one review must be undertaken before an awarding organisation appeal can be submitted to ensure your grade is as the centre intended.

Please complete stage 1 of this form by hand and give to reception. This must be complete by 15th August 2021 for priority appeals and 27th August 2021 for non-priority appeals.

Resits

If you wish to resit an exam during the additional autumn series the deadlines and prices are as follows:

A Level

Resit is £120. Deadline for application and payment is Friday 3rd September 2021

GCSE

Resit is £60. Deadline for application and payment is Wednesday 29th September 2021

Please complete a resit form which can be collected from the College reception or the Exams Office (A103)

Payment must be made through PayPal using the reference ‘Exam Resit‘, please also include your full name and student number. The PayPal address is fscott@gateway.ac.uk.

The college will not accept any resit requests after the deadline dates above.

We will publish information about certificates as soon as we get clarification from the Awarding Organisations.

Level 1 Students

Functional Skills, Asdan, PSD and Core results will be given to students during their allocated individual appointments at enrolment. Tutors will be available to give students advice and guidance during these appointments.
