Thursday 21st August 2025 – GCSE and Level 2 Results Day for Gateway College students
To access your results, you have 3 options available:
For options 2 and 3 your accounts need to be up to date and ALL STUDENTS planning on using this method should check their accounts in advance of results day.
Instructions for Option 2. Receive your results via email
🚨: Service Notice: Email accounts. If you are concerned you don’t appear to have received any emails since last week, please ensure you are logged in with your correct email account. To ensure you are using your latest email account, login to https://www.outlook.office.com or search “outlook365 sign in” on Microsoft Edge and follow the link.
If you are already logged in to your account when you arrive at the page but it has no recent emails, click your profile (top right) and click the ‘sign out’ button. If it shows you have been logged in with an .onmicrosoft.com account please logout and click, “sign in with another account”. It is the account that goes with your Gateway Number at the start D-number@gateway.ac.uk
✉️: Microsoft Outlook Desktop App is currently unavailable for Email access. Please use the Office Web Portal to access your emails and OneDrive documents: https://www.outlook.office365.com
📱: Mobile Email Access (Android/iPhone)
If you’re using the Outlook app on your mobile device and experiencing issues, please either remove your email account and re-add it to the mobile application or remove and reinstall the application to restore access . We advise for access to emails via your mobile device to use the web browser using the link above.
Instructions for Option 3. Look up your results on CEDAR

If you’re unable to access your email account and need to view your exam results, please log in directly to CEDAR where your results are available. Links can be found here and at the bottom of this college website. Look in the left pane menu under exams – exam results.
📢Unit Grade Exam Results Access Vocational Course
These will be available in person and shared with your teachers. They will be entered into CEDAR by 20th August.
