Creative Arts Students from Gateway Sixth Form College are holding their End of Year Exhibition and invite all to come along. The free event will take place at the College and work on display has been selected from across the visual and creative arts faculty to showcase the breadth and standard of work created by students studying OCR vocational courses, A Levels and the Pre-Degree Foundation Diploma and includes, Photography, Fashion and Textiles, Illustration, Fine Art, Jewellery, Product Design, Graphics, Next Gen Game Art and Games Development, Media and Animation.

The event expects visitors from across the city and county including friends and family, former students and staff, funders and partners from local businesses, universities and community organisations. For some students, this will be the first time they have shared their work in a public exhibition. For others, this will be the last time that they show their work at the College as they head off for university, apprenticeships or related employment.

Newly appointed Head of Department, Gareth Watts, is looking forward to celebrating the tremendous achievements of both staff and students stating, “It’s been a real privilege to witness the commitment and dedication that has gone into all of these artworks. We are proud to work closely with industry professionals to provide our students with the very best platform for their future. We are confident of maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Creative Arts and hope our visitors will enjoy this stunning exhibition.”
